2. I understand this is a subscription from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

3. Any resources a teacher acquires or downloads due to a purchase made by the campus or district may NOT be used after June 30, 2027, unless the district renews the subscription. 

4. I understand that teachers will access the resources on The Science Penguin's Kajabi site. This purchase is not associated with TPT.

5. Due to the digital nature of these resources, there are no refunds. 

6. No part of this resource may be uploaded to the internet in any form, including websites or network drives, unless the site is password-protected and can only be accessed by students. Doing so violates copyright law.
